David Kelly is a Consultant Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and a senior Lecturer at The University of Melbourne and co-ordinates the University’s Doctor of Physiotherapy programme and previously the dry needling programme.

David has a clinical doctorate and treats patients with spinal and joint injuries of the limbs. He was the Acting-Chair for the Victorian Acupuncture and Dry Needling Group from 2017 to 2020. He is a lecturer and an instructor for the APA dry needling programme. David assists Dr Peter Selvaratnam with medicolegal work.

David also volunteers at Foundation House in the treatment of victims of trauma and is involved in the running of a University in South Africa and helping with AIDS programmes.

He has been involved in coordinating groups of people for World Vision’s 40-hour famine programme.
