David Kelly is a Consultant Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and a Senior lecturer at The University of Melbourne. He is the deputy co-ordinator of the University’s Doctor of Physiotherapy Programme. David previously also co-ordinated the Dry Needling Programme at the University.
David has a clinical doctorate and treats patients with spinal and joint injuries of the limbs. He was the Acting Chair of for the Victorian Acupuncture and Dry Needling Group from 2017 to 2020. He is a lecturer and instructor with APA Dry Needling programme. David assists Dr Peter Selvaratnam with medicolegal work.
David also volunteers with Foundation House in the treatment of survivors of torture. David has a keen
interest in research with the application of technology to improve manual skills in Physiotherapy.
