DO YOU HAVE “TECH NECK?”

Adults and Students are consulting our clinic with low back pain, neck pain, headaches or jaw pain. So what can you do?

  • Minimise use of iPhone outside work / study hours to reduce the effect of blue light and electromagnetic effects
  • try to keep your iPhone, work computer or laptop at eye level
  • Have a short walk at lunch time without using your iPhone
  • move your neck gently from side to side 3 times while on the iPhone
  • aim for intermittent breaks in the day where you can move away from your office space and take a mental break
