Home was our haven, our sanctuary, but with the current pandemic – Students and Parents are sharing makeshift work spaces. Often in confined spaces.

And in these unprecedented times, our mind and emotions are heightened which can further increase muscle tension and could lead to pain. And if you are also not sleeping well and clenching your teeth, this too can cause muscle tension and headaches.

Remember to ‘breathe’ and to take time out for quick fresh air breaks.

Learn to be ‘quick to listen and slow to speak’ when people or your family annoy you or upset you. Choose your battles.

And remember, this too till pass.
