Students performing home schooling are slumped over their laptops or is it their iPhone?

Sitting in the dining room chair/ makeshift work chair or the couch increases the disc pressure and pain, in the lower back, 6.5 times your body weight, compared to lying on your back.

Be mindful of your posture. Avoid working from the couch. And remember to have ‘walk’ and ‘fresh air’ breaks. Even if it’s up and down the hallway!
